There are loads of ways of eating that will help you lose weight. From Fasting to keto to fat burning to carnivore to whole foods etc.
The very best for fat loss and to lose weight that I have experienced in a short period of time is a version of keto.. It's basically all the fatty meats (beef, lamb, pork), oily fishes, Eggs, soft cheeses, creams, mostly green vegetables and butter. You combine this with a strong weight training programme. You will 100% see results. Its a difficult transition. You will probably move from everything going into your mouth being a pleasure to the opposite of that. If you do it for 12 days and dont allow in any sugars, carbohydrates, fruit etc... You will see dramatic weight loss. And you will after 3-4 days transition to a fat burning and by the end of 10 days your cravings will be gone. If you to get an inkling of what giving up drugs or alcohol are like, then give this diet a go. You will also realise how utterly addicted to sugar you are.
Carnivore diet is even more restrictive but is very close to this if you take on the veggies. It's meats and fats. They are very similar because both rule out sugar.
To be honest , there is a secret. And the only reason it is a secret is because people make so much money from diets. But here is what you need to know. The only reason you are over weight is because you are eating loads of sugar ( that doesn't have to be confectionary) it's also all the bread (sugar).. and food that contains sugar.... And essentially your body is making way too much glucose to deal with the amount of sugar you are giving it. Essentially insulin is the problem with cravings which makes you feel hungry quicker. Carbs & Confectionary break down into glucose, which raises blood sugar. Insulin is released to lower it, but too much insulin can drop it too low — causing cravings for more sugar.. Thats the cause of all the difficulty with diets in essence. Everything becomes more difficult. If you crack this code and your cravings go, you will lose weight.
If you are looking to reset your diet, then going for foods that do not spike Insulin is probably the simplest approach. Once you realise this, you will be able to lose weight. And after that just eat the foods that you like.
